Book an Appointment

This service is required for any potential customer who would like to book Champagne Poetry as an individual artist or Champagne Poetry Entertainment, LLC for other business opportunities. Consultations are 20 minutes each. Please come prepared with your idea(s) or desired service including but not limited to: goals, audience, location, theme, budget, non-negotiables, etc. Each service is quoted based upon need of client. We are very empathetic to real life situations that interfere with our tentative plans, however our time is precious and valued, so we ask that you read the consultation policy in full before booking. We extend our compassion and understanding by offering a (5) five minute grace period for all appointments. After (5) five minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be fully charged.  If for some reason you are unable to meet at the scheduled/ purchased time slot due to an emergency, conflict, etc, you will need to notify us within 4 (four) hours via email or send a text message and wait for confirmation of the cancellation from us. If you have adhered to the requirement above, and would like to reschedule, you have 1 (one) opportunity to do so with no additional charges. If you do not meet at the rescheduled time, you will be charged the full amount to the original payment method on file. If for some reason CPE is unable to meet at the appointed time, we will apply the same 4 (hour) notice to you via email or phone call with voicemail message, and text, and will provide the next available time slot. If we cannot reach a consensus, we will refund your payment in full.
