My name is Champagne Smith. I am a 29 year old native of Muskegon, a small town on the west side of Michigan, currently residing in the DMV. I am first and foremost, a proud believer in Christ, for it it were not for The Most High, Champagne would not be. God has given me the gift to write as a ministry, and in countless ways, I have been honored to be that willing vessel.

I am a writer who indulges in poetry, short stories, spoken word artistry, blogging, filmmaking, producing, songwriting, and all things creative. I consider myself a creative visionary who uses words with the intent to challenge my audience to hone into a more complex realm of mental and emotional vulnerability. I enjoy using imagery to construct even our most difficult ideas and bringing them to life. 

I am also a wife, sister, and friend, a certified Master Herbalist, an airplane pilot in training, and a client analyst in the renewable energy industry!

I consider my art a safe space to be who God called me to be, while expressing myself freely, and using my purpose to help the next, to heal, and with my words, I do so holistically.
